Online Training and Mentoring
At Alida Connection your success is our goal. To help students succeed
in reaching their potential and achieve certification we offer an online
training and mentoring program. We have a proven track record of success
with our instructor lead classes. However, many students want more time
to process and digest the information presented to ensure they are successful
not only on the certification exam but also on the job. Other students
may not be able to take the instructor lead course due to schedule constraints
and need the flexibility to work training around their schedule. For
these students our online training and mentoring sessions are great
solutions as standalone courses or to complement the instructor lead
training as either preparation for the class or as a review after the
class before sitting for the certification exam.
The online training and mentoring program provides daily lessons, quizzes
and assignments in sessions whose lengths vary up to 6+ weeks. Students
cover all the material required for the certification exam and they
can work on the lessons anytime during their day. These online sessions
can also facilitate more participation and learning because students
may feel less intimidated about asking for help or clarification. If
a student does have difficulty understanding a topic or if they need
clarification on the details of a topic they can interact with an instructor
directly or everyone in the session via the discussion boards to ensure
their understanding.
